Sheri began writing for television when NBC Universal bought her original pilot "The Crooked Road," adapted from her fifth novel, Witches on the Road Tonight.
She is currently Executive Producer on Apple's Emmy Nominated "Palm Royale," starring Kristen Wiig, Laura Dern, Alison Janney, and Carol Burnett. Previously she was Co-Executive Producer on the limited series "George & Tammy" starring Jessica Chastain and Michael Shannon. Sheri was producer on Fox's "Filthy Rich" starring Kim Cattrall, and NatGeo's adaptation of Annie Proulx's "Barkskins," She also spent three seasons on the Netflix original drama, "Longmire." She is currently in development on projects of her own, including a TV adaptation of "The Kingdoms of Savannah," which won the 2023 Golden Dagger Award for Best Novel.
